Unique Projectiles Volume 1

Projectiles is a very fun thing to play around with in your game, but it can sometimes eat a lot of your time. So if you’re not really into VFX, why not give professionals a chance. Gabriel Aguiar is selling his awesome pack of stylized projectiles, which would look good in League of Legends! Plus it’s always fun to deconstruct this stuff.

With the $20 pack you get:

– 20 Projectiles Prefabs;
– 20 Hits/Impacts Prefabs;
– 20 Muzzles Prefabs;
– Demo Scene;
– Customizable Shaders;
– Particle System Controller Script (control size, speed, color, lights, trails, enable/disable vfxs, etc);
– Projectile Script (control fire rate, accuracy, fire point, etc);

Mesh Effects

Another time-saver comes from a user kripto289, who’s extremely productive, having filled Unity Asset Store with tons of his awesome assets. In this pack, he gives 21 cool mesh effects for just $22 (there’s a discount if you’re a Plus/Pro user).

The whole thing works out of the box and you can easily customize it, by changing colors. The effect scale according to the mesh size, works with “mesh renderer” and a “skinned mesh renderer”. All HDR effects come with the standard physical unity bloom. You also get a working demo, to see it in action. It’s also optimized for mobile and VR.

Epic Victory Effects

If you’re working on mobile games, or maybe even something on PC or console, you’ve got to check out the Epic Victory Effects pack from Mixture art. It’s a great little pack to add to the game and make your player feel good about himself. It’s just $10, but it looks really cool.

The pack features:
– 5 star texture maps
– 13 star effects
– 15 background effects (3 Sun Shines, 3 God ray, 2 Fire Embers,
2 Firework, 2 Confetti, 3 CashCoin)
– Demo scene.
– .APK for mobile in project.

HQ Realistic explosions

Blowing things up in games is kind of a no-brainer. If you can blow it up, you definitely should, but sometimes making cool explosions can prove to be a challenge. This is where ErbGameArt comes to the rescue. This VFX artist has shared a great number of effect packs for Unity, but today we want to feature his HQ Realistic Explosions Pack.

This $26 package includes 26 different explosions and 4 custom shaders. All explosion animations have a resolution of 8192×8192 px.
Plus there are some custom shaders working there. The effects are pretty customizable, and you can resize them to your liking. To blow some stuff up, just drag and drop in into your scene!

Magic Missiles and Lasers

SINEVFX is selling a beautiful set of VFX packs for Unity users. His Magic Missiles and Lasers was released back in November 2017, but this August the pack got an update, which makes it compatible with Unity 2018.1.

The pack includes effects of some amazing quality (more fit for cinematics, than games). It includes explosions, particles, embers, and laser effects. Everything is fully customizable, you can tweak any property and create your own unique effects. But beware, mobile is not supported.
