Fix Body & Clothing Clipping In Blender With This Tool
Adjust parameters in real-time, bake the results into Shape Keys or directly to the mesh.
If you need to align selected vertices with nearby shapes, rinvo's Proximity Snap should do the job. For fixing overall costume penetration or gaps and saving the results as Shape Keys, ShellFit by cvELD is a better option because it accounts for the object's volume when fitting.
ShellFit fixes clothing and body overlaps in real-time and seems like a handy tool for VRChat creators working with avatars. You can choose whether to move the body or the clothing to close the gap. It offers three fitting modes: Shell for thin fabrics, Solid for thicker shapes such as rings and belts, and Auto for automatic detection.
ShellFit is compatible with Blender 4.5 and above. The latest update adds a Quick Shell Fit feature, letting you select a garment detail or accessory contact area and quickly fit it to a target surface, edge, or vertex. You can also copy weights.
