Juicy 3D Burger Cooked to Perfection in ZBrush & Substance 3D

Ravissen Carpenen unveiled a new photorealistic CG dish.

As hard as it may be to believe at first glance, but what you see above is not a promotional photo for our local fast food joint, but rather an absolutely astonishing 3D render made by Ravissen Carpenen, a 3D Artist and Modeler specializing in CG realism.

Instead of a grill, the artist utilized 3D software to cook this mouth-watering treat to perfection, sculpting each delectable ingredient from scratch in ZBrush, texturing them in Substance 3D Painter, and rendering the burger in Blender with lighting ranging from 2000w to 500w. Additionally, the artist employed Marmoset Toolbag to extract additional maps (AO, Simplified Normal, Thickness, Curve, Convex, Concave) for texturing.

Ravissen's menu also includes a delicious lobster tail, a steak that makes you want to sink your teeth in it, an assortment of flavorful desserts, and much more:
