Do you know what your chair and microwave do when you're not home? Perhaps they jump around and do the opposite of what you expect from them, like in Sebastian Marek's animation called The Secret Life of Everyday Things.

"The Secret Life of Everyday Things is a surreal animated journey where the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary. With seamless, flowing visuals, household items break free from their usual functions and take on unexpected roles, blurring the line between reality and imagination. It serves as a reminder that even the simplest things can reveal unexpected wonders when viewed through a different lens."

An iron making waves of wrinkled fabric, a washing machine horsing around, fans dancing together, and other bizarre things are waiting for you in the animation – proof of Marek's creative mind made with Houdini and Cinema 4D, with Giovanni Dubini's sound design.
