Master Your Node-Based Workflow with Substance’s Nodevember 2020

An annual challenge on node-based workflow in Substance Designer has begun. Hurry up to join!

The Substance team together with Josh Lynch has founded a new annual Nodevember challenge for those who want to get into the Substance Designer workflow even more.

For each day of the month, you will have to create some procedural stuff inspired by the topic of the day.  Post your results as well as node graphs on social media and don’t forget the tags #nodevember or #nodevember2020.

Just to remind, this is not a contest hence here are no prises except for new skills and some fun. The challenge has the only restriction - you shouldn’t do anything manually, use pre-made textures or external data, rely on nodes only.

If you actually want to take part in a contest, and you’re a student, then you’re right on time. Blizzard Entertainment’s university relations and World of Warcraft development teams have announced World of Warcraft Student Art 2020. Find more details on the contest here.
