It's a great day to learn about pharyngeal jaws, thanks to 3D Artist known online as Evoincarnate, who made this cool prototype. Pharyngeal jaws are basically a second set of jaws inside the throat, found in bony fish species, like moray eels. Most fish use them to grind or move food that's already been caught by the front mouth.

Here's what the final version of this fish looks like, along with the artist's own scream. Absurdly cool, and Evoincarnate says this creature used to be a person:

Evoincarnate describes it simply as a "creature concept for an analog horror thing," so it's unclear whether it's for a game or something else. She has mentioned, though, that it's set in a vampire-cursed world.
