Pixar’s New Short Piper Looks Amazing

Pixar has shared a couple of seconds of its upcoming short animated film Piper. It’s a glorious and heart-warming project.

The story is pretty simple. There’s a hungry sandpiper hatchling, who discovers that finding food without mom’s help isn’t so easy. The project is directed by Alan Barillaro. You’ll be able to see the film in cinemas and hopefully online in the end of June. It will be shown right before “Finding Dory.”

There’s no technical information about the project, but it’s a safe guess that Renderman was involved in this project. The little birdie looks adorable. I want to pet one NOW!
