Polygonflow, the developer behind the popular Unreal Engine 5 world-building tool Dash, has released a free standalone content browser and asset manager. It's designed as a more feature-rich alternative to Unreal Engine 5's built-in Content Browser.

Dash – Advanced Asset Manager integrates directly with several major online asset libraries, like Quixel Megascans, Amazon Berkeley Objects, ambientCG, Poly Haven, and the IES Library. It also includes "thousands of high-quality PBR assets available completely for free".

The asset manager lets you add search tags to your assets to make them easier to find. On top of that, there's a Smart Collection System that helps you keep things organized for different workflows or when working in teams. Please note that you can't have this asset manager installed at the same time as the full Dash version.
