Quixel Mixer: Creating Corrugated Metal
25 April, 2019

Quixel has recently shared another new guide for Quixel Mixer. Josh Powers discusses how you can create a corrugated metal sheet material that combines scans, procedural tools, and hand-painting.

“In this tutorial, Josh Powers creates a stunning corrugated metal sheet material in Mixer. This material is a perfect example of how to leverage all sorts of techniques in Mixer: scans, proceduralism, and hand-painting.”

Another great example of how you can achieve high quality in Quixel Mixer. The material might not look too fancy, but the look is pretty realistic with all those wear and tear, don’t you agree?

Make sure to discuss the guide in the comments below.

Cartoon Water Shader by Adam Homoki is a fascinating highly stylized water material and a river tool with many features including buoyancy, caustic effect, refraction, water depth and more.

Any future updates are included and will be available for download in case they are released.
