Real-Time Motion Paths Add-on for Blender Gets Updated
Hamdi Amer has added new features to Motion Path Pro.
3D Artist Hamdi Amer has released an updated version of his Motion Path Pro tool for Blender, which lets artists update motion paths in real time.
The new 3.2.0 version, released on October 25, supports bones, objects, cameras, and empties, removes lag in complex scenes and with heavy characters, and lets users combine the motion path with onion skin.
The tool makes polishing animation faster and easier. You can install Motion Path Pro directly from Blender, download it from the software's extensions platform, or get it on SuperHive.
Motion Path Pro is part of another add-on by Hamdi Amer, Clean Graph, which features multiple tools for making animation workflows easier. The artist has created many Blender tools that help artists streamline and diversify their workflow. For example, the creator has made Weight Paint Box, an add-on created to simplify and speed up rigging and weight painting. It has since received updates that add support for weight painting multiple separate objects at the same time, make the deformation box behave more like a standard cube, and let the overlay section work in any mode, among other improvements.
Another of Amer's tools is Stain Dynamics, an add-on for visualizing coffee, mud, rust, and 20 other liquids on a UV-mapped mesh with 8 brushes, and Voxel Figure Creator, which builds complete cube-made characters:
