Relaxing Castle-Builder Tiny Glade Has Finally Arrived on Steam

Available now with a 15% discount.

After two and a half years of anticipation and tons of eye-candy-style demos hyping up the release, indie development team Pounce Light has finally launched Tiny Glade, a calm and relaxing castle-building simulator and one of the most renowned cozy games of the decade.

Once one of the most wishlisted games on Steam and played by over 350,000 gamers during its demo period, Tiny Glade needs little introduction. Described as a "free-form building game", it allows you to sit back, relax, and fill the scene with stunning castles, mansions, palaces, towns, and more, creating beautiful dioramas as a result.

The game features procedural mechanics enabled by a modified version of Bevy, a data-driven game engine built in Rust, a multi-paradigm programming language. Thanks to these mechanics, the entire experience can seamlessly adapt to your actions, e.g. doors appear when you draw a path through a wall, columns and beams form out of nowhere as you raise a castle, a castle itself changes its shape when you modify the surrounding landscape, etc.

Now, to the excitement of thousands of fans, the full version of Tiny Glade is available on Steam with a 15% discount, valid until October 3, 2024. Don't miss the chance to start designing your own castles – click here to get started!

And if you would like to learn more about the development process behind Tiny Glade, I highly recommend checking out my recent interview with Pounce Light's Anastasia and Tomasz, who discussed Tiny Glade's history, proceduralism, Bevy, Rust, self-publishing a video game, and the "cozy games" genre as a whole.
