Stellar Blade Might Appear on More Platforms
More eye candy!
SHIFT UP
Looks like we can expect more angles of girls in skin-tight outfits soon: Stellar Blade by SHIFT UP could be released on more platforms than just PS5 and PC, according to the studio itself.
In its recent Q3 earnings report, SHIFT UP noted the game's success and strong sales on PC and shared its plans to make it accessible to more players through promotional sales and a possible expansion to other platforms.
"To further enhance brand recognition and boost sales, we plan to carry out various promotional activities and are considering additional platform expansions to make Stellar Blade accessible to more players," the company said (via Insider Gaming).
Such a move is not surprising: Xbox started the process of eliminating its exclusives a couple of years ago. "The idea of locking it to one store or device is antiquated for most people," said Xbox president Sarah Bond. In her opinion, the concept of exclusivity is already outdated.
Perhaps we'll soon be able to enjoy every single game on devices of our choice. For now, a Stellar Blade sequel is in the works, and the creators expect it to outperform the original.
