Michael Graham has just released a useful texture packer for Unreal Engine 4. The tool lets you pack individual textures into a packed RGBA texture inside the editor. No need to switch to Photoshop or some other tools.
This simple to use Blueprint allows you to pack individual textures into a packed RGBA texture inside the editor, without having to go out of Unreal Engine into packages like Photoshop.

You can now use the tool with versions 4.14, 4.15, 4.16, 4.17 and 4.18 of the engine.
