This Co-Op Doomsday Cult Simulation Game Will Be Available for PS5

JOIN US is an open-world survival game that will let you start your own doomsday cult, customizing the beliefs, recruiting followers, building a compound, and defeating enemies.

You'll also have to expand your territory, collect military-grade weapons, and perform sacrifices. Recruit civilians and turn enemies into members of the cult.

Once someone joins, you can put them to work or play as them; each member has their own abilities and weaknesses, and you'll have to take advantage of that, but you also have to keep the members happy, or they could leave you.

The game supports up to 4 players, so you can build a stronger cult with your friends, creating defenses, managing resources, and making a strong belief system that can rely on UFOs, cannibalism, or intermittent fasting, but be careful — you have to keep the members from losing faith.

And of course, you'll have to use your weapons and ride pigs or cows into battle to defend your compound from the police, the government, and the locals who are against your beliefs. 

The game looks like a chaotic and fun experience that lets you explore the world of cults in a satirical way. The developers explained that it was inspired by the grindhouse cinema of the 70s.

JOIN US is set to be released in March 2027 on Xbox Series X/S, PC (via Steam), and, as recently confirmed, PlayStation 5.
