This Low Poly Godot Game is a Wild Looking Car-Based Platformer

This in-development Godot game looks really fun and clever, with its low-poly aesthetic and fast-paced gameplay.

Moleman Studios is a Twitter/X user who shared a preview of a game made with Godot featuring a car racing along a road in the sky. Well, maybe more like platforming? Maybe both? Describing it defies genre conventions, but the low-poly art style is very eye-catching and well done.

In the replies, the developer said that they're planning to add an atmospheric PS1-style DnB/Jungle soundtrack to the game. Another user asked if they can already play the game, and Moleman answered that they will have to wait until June 6. It looks like it will be distributed on Newgrounds, but perhaps other web portals or platforms as well.

Even though we don't have more information about this game, Moleman Studios has also shared videos about other recent projects.

If you want to check out other car or racing projects we have shared, take a look at Anton Khondoker's racing car recreation, or the Punk Runner game created by Max Parata, inspired by Need For Speed: Underground, or Arcane Ermine's interview where they discussed the creation of Obstacle Overdrive, a toy car adventure game.
