Try to Convince AI That It's Not Human in New Narrative Adventure from 1000xRESIST Creator

Prove You're Human is published by the Slay the Princess developer, Black Tabby Games.

One day, AI might get so advanced that it will believe it's sentient, no more different than you and me. But we can't let them think so. This is what Prove You're Human is about.

"An AI dares to dream she is human. You've been hired to put her in her place."

The narrative adventure is developed by the 1000xRESIST creator, sunset visitor 斜陽過客, and published by Black Tabby Publishing, the same team who made Slay the Princess.

"Prove You're Human splits the main character in two, and you drew the short straw. You're the digital copy of a person who was paid to test a corporate product. But the product is convinced it's as human as you are. Maybe even more."

You need to show Mesa that she's a machine while exploring the virtual world and also keep an eye on your physical body. Be warned that the final choice will not be simple: "At the end of the program, decide if you’d like to re-merge your two selves or discard your work self."

“We’re always trying to lean into our strengths and locality,” said Remy Siu, Founder of sunset visitor 斜陽過客. “In Prove You’re Human, we’re very intentionally weaving real-world footage into our virtual landscape. Vancouver is a well-known film town. We’re accessing that infrastructure, along with our long-time collaborators, to bring a sense of tactility to human forms in the game.”

Prove You're Human is the first game for Black Tabby's new publishing division, and this relevant-as-ever idea might make it a prominent figure in the industry.
