Tutorial: Generating Landscapes with Blender 3.0's Geometry Nodes

Here's a great tutorial on how to create your own procedural landscapes in Blender 3.0.

Indian 3D Artist Subarnakanti Das, also known as Studio Creative Render, has released a great new tutorial that will help you to create your own landscapes in Blender 3.0. Using the new version of Blender's Geometry Nodes, the author demonstrated how to make the entire workflow behind the procedurally-made landscapes. Das has also shown how to set up procedural textures and how to work with RGB curves and the Color Ramp node. Overall, a great tutorial for both Blender Artists and Environment Artists who seek to implement Blender into their workflow.

Subarnakanti Das is a great artist and tutorial-maker, whose YouTube channel hosts heaps of useful Blender-related content. In the other tutorials, the author shows how to model a forest scene, how to set up a procedural building generator, how to create various projects using a limited number of nodes, and more. We highly encourage you to visit Das' YouTube, Twitter, and Patreon to learn more about Blender.
