yeah thats what I have as well. Its enough but in 2 years you'll probably want a little more. At least 32 gb ram for a little more serious work.

SideFX has shared a video that will show you how to use the motion vector ROP.  The guide also gives a brief overview of the material setup in UE4 and goes into some of the details regarding how to calculate a useful vector in texture space.
