Morocco Scene: Recreating Fabrics and Surfaces with Megascans

Check out 5 assets from Megascans Library that will help you create a sunny summer scene in Morocco.

The Morocco scene below is definitely inspiring for the upcoming summer mood. For this week's digest, we decided to work on it and help you with its' basic textures using Megascans assets. They will speed up your workflow since most of them are almost ready-to-go textures. Take a look!

Starting from the base of the scene, we've chosen this painted concrete wall asset. The color tone and uneven texture will help you set up the basement of the scene fast and easily. Adjust the color and add a bit of wear-and-tear look, and there you go. It seems like a perfect choice!

If you want to keep the original silhouette of the scene, then we suggest you use this cordyline with its long dark-green leaves and some bright color spots; it's quite identical to the original one.

Tables are a universal part of any interior. We've stuck to the original texture as close as possible. The color and the pattern definitely match the original furniture. You may choose a darker or lighter shade of the veneer, it's all up to you!

Moving to the fabrics, classic linen canvas will work best for almost any summer scene, especially if you're recreating an environment set in the southern countryside. Check out this asset that can work as  a base material for curtains. Looks nice!

And finally, for the sofa, we found this greyish furniture fabric asset. Since the main accent on the sofa is bright pillows, this plain and simple asset will work best to create some contrast.
