343 Industries Shuts Down Rumors about Not Developing Halo Anymore

There have been rumors of 343 Industries moving from actually developing Halo games to merely supervising production, brought up by Bathrobe Spartan, a player who provides "Halo insights". 

However, as the user himself said, "don't blindly trust leakers or insiders (even us)": Windows Central's Jez Corden brushed the report off, claiming it's "false af", especially since the studio has hundreds of employees and plenty of open positions.

Replying to another X/Twitter user accusing leakers of chasing attention, Halo's senior community manager John Junyszek simply said, "It has been – and always will be – wild out there", thus seemingly confirming the falsehood of the rumor.

Halo Leaks, another provider of insider information, agreed that 343i "abandoning" development is not true, stating it "will be the primary dev on mainline Halo titles going forward."
