Build Your Perfect Blender Interface

Set up your control panel once and stop searching for your most-used tools on every project using Vision Canvas.

If you find Blender's UI frustrating and struggle to click through endless menus, search across panels for one setting, and memorize shortcuts, you might want to check out Vision Canvas by Maciej Gliwa. It's a brand-new Blender editor that lets you create your own workspace with quick access to everything you need.

Vision Canvas isn't an add-on. With your purchase, you get a custom version of Blender 5.2 LTS with the Vision Canvas editor built in. Set buttons to select objects, collections, or bones without digging through the Outliner, and control properties live with sliders, wheels, joysticks, trackpads, and switches for things like light strength, camera settings, modifiers, shaders, and rig controls.

Vision Canvas includes a built-in library for saving and reusing poses and animations, and you can drag assets from the Asset Browser directly onto the canvas for quick access. You can even attach your own Python scripts to buttons to run custom tools. Everything can be organized with frames, labels, images, and multiple tabs, and your canvases can be saved, shared, and updated.

For now, it's only compatible with Windows, with a Mac version to "follow very soon". Vision Canvas is still in beta, and it's available at a discounted price. Check out the developer's videos to see more of Vision Canvas' features:

Purchase Vision Canvas here and also check out Caustica, another custom Blender build that brings true photon-traced caustics to Cycles.
