There is also a video on how to shade and render VDB assets in Blender.
I know you love explosions and free stuff, so here is a new pack of those from ActionVFX, a stock site for professional visual effects.
The company has released VDB files of an explosion, a meteor, and a smoke plume along with 3 shader presets for Blender. The presents work with various VDBs from ActionVFX "to save you time and get your renders looking great."

The VDBs can be used in most DCC software, so there is no excuse to not grab the package now. If you don't know what to do with them, ActionVFX has provided a nice tutorial on how to shade and render VDB files in Blender.
This is not the only stuff the company has to offer. Its massive library of over 10,000 VFX assets will make any scene more epic and simplify your work on it. It has recently opened a new 3D Asset Library providing 3D models, VDBs, and Alembic files.
