Filipp Sparak offered a closer look at his amazing real-time environment, created using World Partition, Nanite, and Lumen.
The Projects is a fantastic creation by Filipp Sparak, demonstrating incredible attention to detail and over two years of hard work. Every asset here, including textures, materials, static meshes, and foliage, was made from scratch.
Created in 3ds Max, it uses prefabs with PLAs in a World Partition map, all built on a strict grid system. Each building shell can easily switch between an interior prefab or an opaque window prefab, depending on whether the interior is needed. It also uses tile and RGB mask combo materials to ensure consistent texel density across all assets. Mesh decals are added for extra detail, making the environment feel more natural.
The Projects includes 1,500 unique static meshes, 25 custom city blocks, 29 building prefabs with interiors, 44 modular road prefabs, and 26 arrangement prefabs, all with original materials and Blueprints. It's designed as an all-in-one solution for creating detailed, AAA-quality city environments for games and cinematics. You can build everything from streets, alleys, and dirt lots to diners, stores, cafes, offices, residential buildings, skyscrapers, train tracks, parking lots, and more.
