Low Poly Racing Game Being Developed With Blender & Unreal Engine

The developer utilized Unreal's Chaos Vehicles system to set up car physics.

Reddit user and Game Developer z3u5-322 has shared a cool-looking demo showcasing a WIP racing game being developed using Blender and Unreal Engine. Featuring a stylized old-school visual style, the game promises to include high-octane low-poly racing action and even the ability to build your own custom tracks using a convenient editor tool made by z3u5-322. According to the creator, the game is developed from the ground up without using store-bought assets and utilizes Chaos Vehicles, Unreal Engine's system for performing vehicle physics simulations.

At the moment, not much is known about the game's development stage and release date. The developer plans to release it on PC via Steam and considers making a VR version of it. You can learn more by clicking this link.
