One Year Of Developing Stylized Paper Plane Adventure Game In One Minute

Take a look at Brute Force's development journey.

Way back in December 2023, Game Developer Brute Force unveiled the trailer for Paper Sky, a Unity-powered adventure game where players can glide through a stylized semi-open world as a paper plane or roll around as a paper ball. Later, in February of last year, we spotlighted a gorgeous Mœbius-inspired level created for Paper Sky.

Now, Brute Force has compiled the progress made since then, highlighting the evolution from simple blockouts to stunning environments that players will be able to explore, all in just one minute. When asked about the resources used for learning, the developer simply said, "Mostly shader stuff on Twitter and previous work."
