Although I’m still working on the final touches to the skirt and ruffles, I recorded myself rebuilding it from the ground up and figured I would try a voice over this go around!

I’m not the best, and this isn’t the only way to do it- but if you’re interested, I’ve broken down my process to take on ruffles of any caliber! This time, a pop idol skirt!
