Have a look at this realistic-looking 3D recreation of Lucyna Kushinada, a.k.a. Lucy, from CD Projekt and Studio Trigger's animated series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, created by 3D Character Artist and Illustrator Rafael Benedicto.

Capturing the "dark but colorful style of Cyberpunk", the author's version of the character was set up using ZBrush, 3ds Max, Substance 3D Painter, Character Creator, and Marvelous Designer.
