3D Animator known as zombielord999 has been showcasing their impressive character animation and rigging skills lately, with Mina Ha from Valve's upcoming multiplayer game Deadlock taking the spotlight in their recent work. According to them, the character model was sourced from Open3DLab, and the rig is based on Project Storm, a high-quality, fully animation-ready stylized character rig released by Blender Studio last year.
There's also a possibility that zombielord999 could make their version of the rig publicly available in the future:

She's absolutely adorable, though realistically, she probably won't be acting this way around Pocket. The rig was created by zombielord999, with the animation fully hand-keyed using reference.
