This Blender Add-On Lets You Add Jiggle Physics to Bodies, Clothes and Hair

You can add movement to as many items of clothing as you need.

JiggleGen 2.0 is a Blender add-on, created by pathnode, that uses Blender's cloth simulation to add physics effects to bodies, clothing, and hair.

The author explained that this version is a complete rewrite of JiggleGen and has a cleaner workflow, improved reliability, better control over generated simulation meshes, and experimental support for Geometry Nodes Cloth.

You need to create a vertex group, paint the areas that you want to jiggle, choose a preset, and hit generate; if you don't like the results, you can overwrite the preset. Even if the character has a lot of clothes, each piece gets its own Simulation Mesh. You can save the settings and use them again for another project.

To make the hair look more dynamic, you have to select the hair curves object and add it to the batch list. Once added, you can manipulate it with Geometry Nodes.

These are some of the core features:

  • Cloth & Collision Mesh from Vertex Groups: Quickly generate simulation-ready cloth and collision geometry from any vertex group.
  • Automatic Target Attachment: Attaches the target mesh to the generated cloth via a Surface Deform modifier, bound automatically with an automatic retry for reliability.
  • Editable Pre-Generation Cloth Settings: Adjust cloth simulation parameters before mesh generation for total control and flexibility.
  • Integrated Preset Library: Save, load, and freely manage cloth setups using Blender's own native preset system, including presets you made outside JiggleGen, with no artificial restrictions on what can be deleted.
  • Configurable Preset Location: Point JiggleGen to a custom preset folder if you don't want the default shared Blender directory, with a one-click button to open it.
  • Structured, Customizable Naming: Auto-generates meaningful names for all objects and modifiers based on origin mesh, vertex group, and preset, with the prefixes and collection name fully editable in Preferences.

You can get the add-on on the artist's Gumroad or Superhive.
