Tom Newbury has shared a free pack for ZBrush 4R8 that will help you dive into the complex world of human anatomy.
This is the ztl file of my anatomy study. It can only be opened in the latest version of ZBrush 4R8.

I have also provided obj’s as requested, although they are dense and don’t have subdivs like the ztl.
It consists of both the posed and A pose versions.
