Erwan Casano took inspiration from Arcane to create a more mature version of Link.

3D Character Artist Erwan Casano has presented his hand-painted take on Link from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, brought to life using Blender, 3D Coat, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, and Unreal Engine.

According to the creator, the character model was inspired by Arcane and Manuel Sitompul's Zelda: Twilight Princess project.

"I didn’t have a specific concept to follow, apart from the original design of Link, I treated this as a creative exploration rethinking shapes, colors, and textures to imagine him in a new way," the artist stated. "My goal was to reinterpret Link, keeping his heroic essence while giving him a more mature dimension through brushwork, shapes, and color."
