Art Dump: a Closer Look at Baldur's Gate 3

Artists and animators shared their works.

By now, you have probably finished Baldur's Gate 3 at least once, explored all the nooks and crannies of its fantastic world, and romanced someone amazing. But have you ever looked at the game in detail or thought about the creation process behind what you like so much?

You have a chance now, with Larian Studios' Art Blast on ArtStation. Concept, character, environment, and VFX artists along with animators shared their work for you to admire.

"It is in the artists’ nature to doubt ourselves, to constantly ask if we are good enough, struggle and get upset that our art is still not quite there," said Lead Character Artist Alena Dubrovina. "Well, we have good advice for you – don’t go it alone. Most of the art that you will see in Baldur’s Gate 3 Art Blast is a collaboration. It’s the teamwork and constant help from others that got us here. There were a lot of successes and failures along the way and the art you are about to see is the result of 6 years of hard work. We listened to feedback, gave artists creative freedom to express themselves, we kept improving and kept iterating."

Here is a closer look at the game's assets and concepts.
