Stylized Blender Shader That Looks Like Book Illustrations

The latest Blender releases have brought a wealth of new possibilities for stylized 3D projects, and this is another nice example. 3D Artist Iro Ikyu drew inspiration from the art styles of アメリカ and ヒョーゴノスケ to create a Blender shader that gives projects the appearance of hand-drawn illustrations.
This shader responds dynamically to both the direction and intensity of the light source, but doesn't reflect the color of the light. If you're interested in achieving a similar effect, the artist shared a step-by-step guide for recreating the shader in Blender 5.1:
