Angelin, it is NOT HD Render Pipeline, it is legacy Unity render path.

TerrainAxe is a landscape 3D modeling toolkits for 3DS Max. This project is created with the help of MaxScript. This package has a bunch of polygon tools, which can save a lot of time, by optimizing your 3D models and constructing excellent topology. TerrainAxe does a lot of heavy work, so you can concentrate on the design process.

TerrainAxe is not limited to 3d environment generation. Developers state, that the tool could be used in animation, virtual reality production, and game development. With the tool, you can manipulate various smaller elements, like roads and mountains, rivers, stairs, fences, buildings and so on.

There’s a free version of the package, which you can download and use, but if you’re interested in the full TerrainAxe 3.30 pack, be ready to pay $220-270. Before you buy check all the docs, cause the English version of the press materials from TerrainAxe developers is far from ideal.
