At first, you might think it's just an animated manga page, or that someone used a 3D scene and drew over it. But nope, this is actually an entire page from Gachiakuta, a popular Japanese manga by Kei Urana, recreated in full 3D by Adrian Horodyski, Paulo Soares, and Sara Kołodziejak.

Of course, everything here was made from scratch, and there wasn't any post-processing either. The textures especially do a great job of making it feel like the actual manga: it's a really interesting mix of patterns, inverted normals, and Grease Pencil, as the artists show in this quick breakdown:
