It's been a while since we've taken the abandoned environment for recreation with Megascans assets. So here it is - an old brick building with trees and plants growing inside of it. All abandoned places have some history to tell, and this one isn't an exception. It is a real place in Bangladesh, and the house used to be a textile magnate mansion. A simple word "mansion" emanates power and majesty, and grand columns are a nice choice to represent these characteristics. Megascans' collection provides different variations of columns to choose from. We've picked out these long and a bit worn-out columns that will fit the building perfectly.
While looking for the wall assets, we had two criteria in mind: the brick has to be red, and there should as little concrete as possible. Сoncrete can feel out of place in a scene like this one because people didn't use it for constructions in the past. This surface will look great with some edges chipped away hinting at the age of the building.
We couldn't overlook the vegetation in this scene! While there might be no exact assets in the library, this ivy might be a great replacement. It grows on surfaces and can cover the building completely enhancing the abandoned feeling of the place.
The lower part of the wall is made of pale stone slabs with some pattern on them. This asset seems to be the closest one to the actual slabs on the photo, so we suggest using this one. Tweak it as you want, and there you go!
