New Tear Painter Update Lets You Pick Colors Directly From Textures
Get the latest version of Nodes Interactive's Blender tool.
Piotr Popek, also known as Nodes Interactive, has released a major new version of his Blender tool for creating tears with brush strokes. In Tear Painter 1.3, users can pick thread colors directly from textures, and the update also introduces a new Master Size slider, allowing quick adjustments to the overall proportions of the threads.
Tear Painter supports animation, letting artists create tears on simulated garments as well as rigged and animated characters. For a more detailed overview of the new features, watch the video above.
