These dress frills and shoulders on AldoTheVamp's recently commissioned VRChat avatar are a testament to some seriously masterful rigging and weight painting.
The level of detail and deformation is impressive, and the artist has showcased the weights so you can see exactly how these over-the-shoulder clothes are done. The setup took them about a day, though they still touch it up sometimes.
