Kensyouen_Y's Anime 3D Girl Takes Up Blender Modeling
The things you find yourself doing during a heat wave.
This summer has been a seriously hot one for many of us around the world, and it looks like Kensyouen_Y, famous for fun, fourth-wall-breaking animations, is feeling the heat too. He's returned with a new animation, bringing back the pink-haired girl, who decides her hoodie is way too hot and puts her new "apprentice modeler" skills to use.
Apparently, the animation was inspired by the artist's own struggles: Kensyouen_Y commented, "Due to the intense heat, I started making short sleeves myself." There's also some RGB tinkering with the pig at the beginning, and as usual, Kensyouen_Y's skills on display are pretty insane.
If you want to catch up with his cast of original characters or rewatch some of his older animations, here's the pink-haired girl playing with the UI, the green-haired girl being camera-shy, the two of them fighting, and a behind-the-scenes look at the hair modeling process. Also, this is what happens when the artist steps away from his desk.
It seems like a new character will be making an appearance soon:
