Take a Closer Look at Some The Elder Scrolls Online Environments

The artist shared many scenes he worked on.

Senior Environment Artist Willson Green-Beach shared on ArtStation some of the maps, assets, and scenes he created for the multiplayer online role-playing game The Elder Scrolls Online.

This one is the Night's Den, which is a free-player house located in the Night Market's Starlit Plaza in Fargrave. The design is of a building around an open-air courtyard. It has parts that are unlocked by completing tasks.

The artist explained that, for every environment he worked in, he was responsible for building the zone, assisting with the house design, and creating variants of existing assets.

This one, the Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos, is a player house that has a Druidic and Colovian style, and it was a 2025 event-exclusive collectible. It supports 24 players, and it has weather control.

He also participated in the Theater of the Ancestors, which is a manor located in the north of Doomvault Vulpinaz in Blackwood. The lore behind it is that it is a former venue for performing plays, recitals, and more, dedicated to Merid-Nunda.

It was first available in August of 2025, and it periodically returns as a limited-time purchase.

The Dancing Waters Wellspring is one of the latest player houses that has been added to the game. It is an Alinor-style environment that mainly shows the water system. It also supports 24 players, but it doesn't have weather control.

The Elder Scrolls Online is a game with a huge variety of maps, with constant free updates, yearly chapters, and new features. Taking a closer look at the environments of a popular game is always interesting; it shows the changes over time and little details we usually ignore.
