This Game-Ready Model of Robert Pattinson's Batman is Insanely Detailed
It looks very detailed, and you can definitely imagine it in a video game.
Eugênio Leonardo Ribeiro, 3D Character Artist, shared on his ArtStation a game-ready character he did of Robert Pattinson's take on The Batman, from the 2022 film.
The artist mentioned that it's the second time he has sculpted this character, and he was able to see his progress. This project allowed him to learn about technical art, like rigging, animation, and game integration.
He even included footage of himself exploring a rundown apartment building as The Batman, and it looks like something ripped right out of an unreleased movie tie-in game we might have gotten in an alternate universe.
Seeing this version of Batman rendered in such a way definitely gives off some vibes of the Arkham version of the Caped Crusader, although a slimmer and younger version of the vigilante hero.
It was created using ZBrush, Maya, Substance 3D Painter, and Unreal Engine. Check out these close-ups of the suit, and the character with different facial expressions:
You can see plenty more WIP images on the ArtStation post for this character model, as well as footage of the artist exploring an environment with fully animated movement. It's really impressive.
