that freaking scary, what a lost!, But even tho is an adobe error, men if you work as freelance profesionally how dont you have at least one backup, sure you might lose recent projects, but not the rest, wich still is a fucked up by adobe, but a least a smaller lost for the user. I hope some can be recover or at least that he wins the claim.
