Character artist Xhon Hysenaj has presented an impressive 3D model of the oyabun, the leader of a yakuza group. The character was made using Maya, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance 3D Painter, Mudbox, and Arnold.
According to the description, the creator focused on sculpting techniques for creating an elderly character without a specific reference in this work, and I believe they succeeded in capturing the details of an aged person.
Before this project, Hysenaj showcased Ryan Gosling from Blade Runner 2049 and Merida from Disney/Pixar's Brave on ArtStation.
