Ahmed Wafdy, 3D Character Artist at Krafton PUBG Studios, paid homage to the legendary universe of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings and presented a take on Bilbo Baggins, crafting the character's portrait from scratch.
The artist shared that the project had been a long and challenging journey of "pure sculpting and creativity." To bring the fantasy character with the likeness of Martin Freeman, who portrayed him in Peter Jackson's movies, Ahmed Wafdy used ZBrush and Maya for modeling, Mari, Substance 3D Painter, and Photoshop for texturing, and Arnold for rendering.
