Southern Dream City Environment Created in Unreal Engine & Substance 3D

Massimo Rossa showcased a new amazing work.

3D Artist Massimo Rossa showcased this fantastic scene of a southern city based on a concept by Conceptual Designer Ryan. 

The 3D artist drew inspiration from Assassin's Creed Mirage and Prince of Persia, recreating their atmosphere in the scene showing a dream city that exists only for those who imagine it on a canvas. The scene was crafted in 3D using Unreal Engine, Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance 3D.

The project combines a variety of workflows, including RGB masking with material layers, mid-poly Nanite and baked meshes, trim sheets, and decals. As for the texturing, the artist utilized tileable textures for the main modular pieces and unique textures for specific elements, such as a flag and paint.
