This Intricate Archaic Dagger 3D Model Is Full of Amazing Details
It looks like it holds mysterious magic.
Yevhen Khoreshko, 3D Prop and Environment Artist, shared on ArtStation the Archaic Arcanist Dagger project that he created based on a concept by Mukhlis Nur (Sinlaire).
He explained that the dagger was inspired by ancient rituals, forgotten civilizations, and magical artifacts, and he aimed to improve his skills in creating game-ready props, texturing, and presentation.
It looks like it belongs in a fantasy world. I imagine that it was created by a witch as a part of a ritual, and the stone in the middle holds magic that can hurt evil creatures.
Here is a closer look at the prop:
The artist used Maya, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, Marmoset Toolbag, RizomUV, and Photoshop.
Yevhen Khoreshko also did a recreation of a Stielhandgranate M24, which is a German hand grenade from World War II. He used Blender and Substance 3D Painter to model it.
