DOTA 2 to Get Its Own Co-op Campaign

This summer, all Battle Pass owners will get a chance to taste a new cooperative adventure.

DOTA 2 is getting something new. The game will have its own campaign called Siltbreaker that is said to feature a series of co-op story missions. Battle Pass owners will get a chance to taste the first act of the story later this month and the second one in July.

Team of four players  “undertake a cooperative adventure into the blackest depths of Dark Reef”, and travel across a “diverse landscape of loathsome monsters, cunning traps, and other lethal terrors.” Players will earn campaign XP, with “an exclusive Desert Sands Baby Roshan” available on the Wheel of Rewards.

It is a really nice way to make some gamers not interested in the MOBA genre give DOTA 2 a try. What is more, it is an actual story-driven video game released by Valve, so we can’t miss that.
