The team released the very first 16” pen display with 2.5K resolution in the industry.
The Kamvas pro 16 (2.5K) is the upgrade version of the best seller - Kamvas pro 13. The new model improves the resolution to 2.5K resolution, at the same time increasing the PPI to 186 PPI, which means sharper details and reduced visual fatigue.
The model includes PenTech 3.0 which enhances the reliability and drawing experience of PW517:
- The tip of the pen is more stable when drawing,
- Less response time for a more realistic feeling,
- Better drop resistance,
- More precise cursor position.
The developers, also, inform that the tablet has anti-glare glass that reduces the interference of ambient light on human eyes and increases the viewing angle and brightness of the screen. Besides, anti-glare etched glass increases the friction between the pen and the glass for reproducing the pen-on-paper experience.
Another update from the team is improved color performance, which allows the tablet to achieve the 145% sRGB color gamut, 16.7 million display colors, and a 1200:1 contrast rate to render more vibrant and realistic artworks.
"This technology seamlessly combines the anti-glare glass and screen. There is no air gap between the glass and LCD panel. It reduces the reflection, thereby improving the brightness and presenting the pictures with higher quality. When writing, the cursor will always follow the pen nib tightly as well as eliminate the parallax.", comments the Huion team on another update - full lamination technique.
The last 2 announced improvements are full feature USB-C to USB-C cable and 8 programmable press keys. The dual USB-C ports design makes connections between Kamvas Pro 16(25K) and computer, game console, and Android devices fast, saving 2.5K visual effect and a tidy desktop with the connection either via a 3-in-2 cable (which makes the process more stable) or a USB-C to USB-C cable.

These new 8 programmable press keys on Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K) can be used to zoom in, zoom out, redo, undo. Also, the press keys can be assigned to control the multimedia, call out the quick menu, lock the pressure, pan scroll, etc.
