Maxon Gets $200,000 Epic MegaGrant

Congrats to the Cinema 4D team! 

Maxon, the creators of professional 2D/3D software solutions, announced they received a $200,000 Epic MegaGrant from Epic Games. The team will use the grant to strengthen the workflow integration between Epic’s Unreal Engine and Maxon’s Cinema 4D.

The ultimate goal of Maxon is to make "Cinema 4D the first choice for 3D content creation for Unreal artists and developers."

"We’re excited to strengthen the integration between Unreal Engine and Cinema 4D," said David McGavran, CEO, Maxon. "We are gratified the Epic MegaGrants team sees value in amplifying our efforts."

Originally launched in 2019, Epic MegaGrants is a $100 million program that helps talented teams and individuals working with Unreal Engine.
