New Cascadeur Brings More Tools for Animation

The team presented a new beta version of their physics-based animation toolkit.

Nekki has recently released Cascadeur 2020.3b, a new free beta version featuring the option to display trajectories for object rotation and motion.

The AI-driven AutoPosing system is said to work independently on separate frames, so you can apply it to a character in an individual frame without changing the existing animation. There's also an auto-keying system that will let you automatically generate keyframes for characters and scene objects when they are reposed or moved.

The toolkit now supports Bezier Clamped interpolation allowing you to fix penetration of a character’s feet with the ground plane.
